How I Got Here

I'm a West Michigan native and I love serving this community both in-person and virtually. My interest in nutrition grew after living abroad when I was young and seeing gentle, intuitive nutrition in action with the families I lived with. Becoming a parent myself made me realize the unique challenges women face with postpartum body changes and society's pressures to "bounce back".

My mission is to help you navigate nutrition through it all without restriction or emphasis on the scale. I guide you through nutrition from the raw postpartum days all the way to the busy days of juggling work and family, as well as the dreaded question "what's for dinner?".

Working with me will help you improve your relationship with food and yourself, so you can continue to embrace the everyday miracles in motherhood. Whether you’re struggling to get started or just need some extra guidance, I'm ready to help.
