I know first hand that new moms often feel overwhelmed and exhausted as they adjust to their new role. The good thing is that my flexible coaching is an investment to your most important asset- you!

My 1:1 nutrition coaching helps new moms manage brain fog, bloating, and possible nutrient deficiencies after childbirth. It can take up to two years to feel like yourself again after the arrival of your baby, and I'm dedicated to helping you feel yourself again sooner so you can fully embrace motherhood.

I also provide guidance in infant and toddler nutrition. This includes introducing solid foods to your infant with baby lead weaning techniques and preventing & managing picky eating.
