Effective November 5, 2025, I am an in network provider with Aetna.

I am in the process of becoming credentialed through other major commercial insurance carriers to directly bill. This takes months! Until this process is complete, I cannot directly bill your health insurance for services.

However, I am happy to provide you with a Superbill for your initial and follow up appointments. This is a receipt of your completed initial/follow up appointments for you to give your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. I do accept payments from HSA/FSA accounts as well.

My goal is to make customized nutrition counseling accessible for everyone, regardless of income. If you are super motivated to work with me but prices have you feeling uncomfortable, please fill out the Contact Form anyway. I’ll reach out to you and we will try to work something out!
