I have been a practicing Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in the Mitten (MI) since 2019.
My mission is to provide you with tailored, non-judgmental guidance with food towards your health goals with evidence-based practice.
Here’s a little about me:
My whole world is my family- a husband, two little monsters (children), and lots of rescue pets.
I have vast experience navigating a messy relationship with food and body image, so if you’re feeling that way, I can almost guarantee I’ve been there too.
I’m all about EASY nutrition, I prefer recipes with 10 or less ingredients.

Instead, I teach a balanced and inclusive mindset around food—one that allows you to enjoy everything you love.
We explore this through Intuitive Eating, a transformational framework developed by Registered Dietitians Evelyn Tribole, MS, RDN, and Elyse Resch, MS, RDN, CEDS-S, FIAEDP, FADA, FAND.

Weight and BMI are only one small piece of the health puzzle! I believe in celebrating and nourishing bodies of every shape and size.
