In this appointment, we review your health history, daily schedule and routines, eating habits, and health priorities. If time permits, we'll set initial goals and plan for food, exercise, and rest.

Here, we take a close look at what strategies worked well for you and what hasn’t been as effective. Based on this, we thoughtfully update and adjust our plan to better support your unique needs moving forward.
